As many of our tenants and partners will know, Cairn HA was inspected by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) during 2008/09.  The outcome of the inspection process was that we received a "C" grade which means a fair performance.  The Inspection Report was published in July 2009.

SHR expects all inspected organisations to take action on the findings in their reports.  In our case that meant producing and agreeing an Improvement Plan with the Regulator to show the processes and timescales for addressing the recommendations.  The Improvement Plan was approved in December 2009.

We were also required to provide a Consultation Plan which sets out how we intend to keep you up to date on progress against the Improvement Plan.  We would welcome any comments you have.  Please use this link to complete our short questionnaire.
