Planning the next Customer Conference

Two years ago we held our first ever tenants' conference in Inverness.  The event was a success, everyone who completed the evaluation forms thought it was either 'excellent' or 'good'.

We are delighted to return to Inverness again this year.  At the time of writing we haven't confirmed a venue but we're aiming for 12 September.

The Customer Conference is an event for you so not only do we want to encourage as many of you as possible to come along but we want to get your ideas so the programme is informative, interesting and fun.

It would be really helpful if you could take a few minutes to complete our questionnaire.  We will take all the best ideas and try and come up with an event that you and other tenants really want to be part of.  You can also use the form to book your places for the event.
