Date : 09/07/2012
The Government are seeking views on proposals to further reform the right to buy.
The Scottish Government have launched a consultation document "The Future of Right to Buy in Scotland". There are 2 main policy proposals - either to move tenants with preserved right to buy onto modernised terms, or to end all right to buy entitlements.
