Cairn HA has recently published a summary of its Business Plan for the 2008-2013 five year period. To view the Summary, click here.
The Business Plan outlines seven key priorities on which Cairn HA will focus, as well as providing clear targets for service and efficiency. These include standards for customer service as well as targets for ensuring value for money and evaluating performance.
Brian Gegan, Chief Executive said "The 2008-2013 Business Plan sets out Cairn HA's goals for the future and makes clear our commitments to all our service users. We have published the Plan because believe in being as open and accountable as possible and would welcome feedback and comments on our corporate principles and the services we provide."
