We have developed a range of Service Standards which we use to monitor our performance in the different services we provide.
These Service Standards are a guide to you, our customers, on the level and standard of service you can expect to receive from Cairn Housing Association.
We will monitor our performance against these Service Standards and provide annual reports through the Cairn Attention newsletter.
