Cairn HA has an established record in the provision of housing support and care services across Scotland.  Providing a house in which to live is not enough.  Some people also wish to receive housing support and care services to enable them to live in their own home.

We offer a range of services from temporary accommodation and housing support in our Homelessness service to permanent accommodation with housing support and care for older people in our Sheltered and Very Sheltered Housing Services and Care Homes.  We can also provide shorter term respite accommodation in one of our Care Homes.

By working closely with you and, with your permission, other agencies, we aim to provide housing support and care services which will help you to achieve your aspirations and maintain your independence.

We will monitor our housing support and care services to ensure that they:

meet the relevant National Care Standards so that you consistently receive high quality services

are improved and adapted to meet your changing needs

provide value for money
