Owners Survey ~ Results

Thanks to everyone who took part in our survey of owners towards the end of 2009. We received responses from 23.07% of you and from your responses we concluded that owners would like to:

• Receive invoices and statements quarterly
• Pay towards services monthly
• Pay by Direct Debit
• Receive information on services provided
