The courses are free though you will need access to the internet so you can register with Housing E-academy and complete the courses. Each course can be completed in stages so you do not have to sit down and complete everything in one go - you can stop and start a course at a time that suits you. Once each course is competed you can print off your own completion certificate to build up a record of the training you have successfully completed.
If you would like to register for the courses please click here.
When you reach the registration page select ‘Cairn Housing Association' from the ‘Housing Organisation' drop down list. You will need to provide some very basic details about yourself (your name, your e-mail address, and post code) You will also need to create your own username which ensures that no one else gains access to your training courses. You will then receive an automatic e-mail confirming your user name and password which you should keep safe for future reference.
You are now set up and you will be able to access all available tenant mini-modules.
If you have any problems undertaking the courses technical support is available for all learners through the Housing e-Academy ‘Help desk'. The help desk can be contacted via e-mail at email@example.com
If you have already registered and wish to log in to your training page please click here.
