Our published leaflets contain all you need to know about various aspects of your tenancy.  They are available to download in pdf format. Just click on the relevant link.  Alternatively, they are available from your local office and can be sent to you on request.

Our Understanding Your Rent leaflet provides some basic information on rent due dates and convenient methods of payment.  You can use your allpay card to pay online or via text message.  For more information on paying online and other methods of payment, please visit the allpay website

You can now also pay by setting up a direct debit.  Please contact your local office for details.

If you are having problems paying your rent, it's important that you let us know right away.  We may be able to advise and help you or let you know about other agencies that can help.  Our Arrears leaflet explains more.

Cairn HA takes issues of nuisance and antisocial behaviour very seriously.  We work in partnership with various groups, including the police and local authorities, to prevent and tackle these problems.  For guideline timescales for response and resolution of nuisance and antisocial behaviour click here.  If you are experiencing antisocial behaviour, please contact the police and your Housing Officer for help and advice.
