Cairn Housing Association and Albyn Housing Society have united to offer tenants across Caithness and north Sutherland an improved management and maintenance service.  This means that over 300 households across Caithness will have both a housing officer and a maintenance officer based locally.

The following staff are now available to cover tenants' housing management and maintenance needs in Caithness:

Kirsty is employed part-time, three days a week, and is available on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to deal with any repair issues.  Kirsty is providing the Property Maintenance Service for both Albyn and Cairn HA tenants.

The local office will soon be relocating to Caberfeidh Court in Wick, and Tom Matheson Court in Thurso.  This should make staff even easier to contact when tenants need to, especially for those tenants living in Wick.
