Watch our beautiful animation, bringing ours to life.
It has been another great year of great change at Cairn and it is our pleasure to introduce our performance report for 2016/17.
Our team can be proud of their achievements this year and we’re all looking ahead to even better services for our customers, a more efficient Cairn and further investment in our homes and communities. We’re always looking at new ways of doing things and, for the first time, this is reflected in our new, interactive online performance report. Please have a look and let us know what you think. We have ambitious plans for our digital services and this is just the beginning of our journey. We’ve also had a little fun with our short animated film about our achievements this year, voiced by the Cairn team, which we hope you enjoy.
We’re all on the road to make Cairn the best it can be. We didn’t come this far to only come this far.

How we compare
Our Annual Performance Report details how we have performed against the indicators of the Scottish Social Housing Charter during 2016/17. Thank you to our Communications Group who worked with us to develop the content and format of our new online report.
The Scottish Social Housing Charter was introduced by the Scottish Government in March 2012. The Charter sets out the standards and outcomes that all social landlords in Scotland should aim to achieve. Our performance is measured annually by the Scottish Housing Regulator against 14 Charter outcomes.
The Scottish Housing Regulator publishes their own reports for every registered social landlord on their website, where you can also use their comparison tool to see how we compare to others and download our full statistical return.
We are committed to sharing our performance information so in addition to the Scottish Housing Regulator’s requirements we also publish data every month on the ‘Our Performance’ page of our website.
