Our customers have benefited from significant investment in their homes and this is reflected in the high levels of satisfaction reported in our last survey. Last year we invested over £7M in our homes, which allowed us to replace hundreds of kitchens and bathrooms.
We can see there is more work to do with the management of our neighbourhoods. We’re also looking at opportunities to build essential new affordable housing in our communities.
