Located west of the Black Isle, Muir of Ord is a small village in the Highlands. Enjoy days out at Glen Ord Distillery and Fairburn Activity Centre. The Black Isle Show is held here every August. You will find local shops and amenities along the high street, with larger supermarkets and retail parks in nearby Dingwall and Inverness. There is a local primary school, with Dingwall Academy serving as the main catchment secondary school. Muir of Ord is well connected with good bus and rail links.
