We have homes to rent all across Scotland. Here you will find out what homes we currently have available to rent.
General needs housing is suitable for anyone aged 16 or over. Available in a range of sizes and types, and in various locations across Scotland, it is suitable for single people, couples and families.
Amenity housing has specific design features, such as raised sockets that make these properties particularly appropriate for older people who wish to live independently, in various locations.
Sheltered and retirement housing is specifically designed with older people in mind. Tenants live independently in flats or bungalows, with a range of additional shared facilities.
Extra care housing is aimed at frailer, older people. Residents still have their own flat and can live as independently as they please, but staff are on site 24 hours a day and quality, nutritious meals are served in a communal dining room. Our only extra care housing development is at Madelvic Square in Edinburgh.
Temporary accommodation is provided at Flora MacDonald House in Inverness for homeless women.
