Putting you in control of your tenancy
We want you to feel like your home is your own, and that you always feel informed, independent and in charge. We also want you to feel well looked after, and that we’re right here for you when you need us.
Which is why we have created an online, self-service portal for you to manage your tenancy.
It means that you can access information and services, round the clock, and make sure any issues get addressed, when it suits you.
With My Cairn, you can:
- Make a payment online
- Check your rent and service charge balance in real time
- Report repairs and track progress
- Log and check the status of complaints
- View letters and updates from Cairn
- Update your personal details
- Complete surveys to give us feedback on our services
How to register
You can register online by visiting the portal and using your account number. We wrote to all tenants when the portal launched with your account numbers. New tenants will be given this when you sign up for your tenancy. If you can’t find your number, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
- Go to the portal and click Register.
- Enter your details using your account number. Joint tenants use the same number.
- Make sure the email address you use matches the one we have on file for you. Contact us if you’re unsure.
- Click the orange Register button. You’ll see a confirmation message.
- Check your email and click the link within 48 hours to complete your registration and set your password. Your password must be at least 12 characters long. If you can’t find the email then check your spam or junk folders.
