We offer a range of free support and advice to help you check your benefits, apply for financial support, and get help with energy costs. Our aim is to make things as simple and straightforward as possible, and to support you every step of the way.
Personalised welfare benefits support
Our Welfare Benefits Advisers are here to help you understand what financial support you may be entitled to and to support you through the whole process.
We can help by:
- Carrying out a full benefits check to make sure you’re getting everything you’re entitled to
- Helping you complete benefit applications if you need support
- Keeping in touch with you while your application is being processed
- Supporting you with appeals if a decision isn’t what you were hoping for
We offer non-judgemental, confidential advice and will work with you from start to finish – you won’t be left to manage things on your own.
Support can be provided over the phone or through a home visit, depending on what works best for you. Once a referral is received, we aim to make contact within a few days, so you can get help quickly when you need it.
If you’d like support from our Welfare Benefits team, please get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a referral.
