Cleaner
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 4,500 units in management across Scotland.
We require a Cleaner to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the Court, maintaining confidentiality of the Court and its tenants. Duties and responsibilities include Interacting professionally with all tenants, visitors and staff, delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the Court and ensuring any concerns with tenants/visitors are raised promptly with the Court-Coordinator / Housing Officer.
The successful applicant should have experience in a similar role working with people and experience with IT system Literacy. Experience in a customer service role and in Microsoft packages would be desirable.
