Cairn Housing Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Court Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and confidentiality at MacEwen Court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Address any tenant or visitor concerns promptly with the Court Coordinator or Housing Officer.
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the Court.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, notifying the Court Coordinator or Housing Officer when replenishments are needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Basic IT literacy.
• A Basic Disclosure is mandatory for this role.
