Contact Centre Manager
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Business Improvement Team.
Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a first class Contact Centre Service to our customers, clients and partners in the rest of the organisation. Focusing on customer service, process improvement, systems utilisation, effective reporting and the delivery of a responsive and proactive support service.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a high degree of emotional intelligence, strong people management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships is essential.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
