We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for all enquiries, using different communication channels and to provide an excellent and consistent service to all internal and external customers within our Contact Centre Team.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing excellent front-line customer services within a contact centre environment or similar role. Due to Cairn moving towards a more digital approach and the nature of the role you need to be experienced and confident in the use of all Microsoft packages and the use of digital services – webchat, email and messenger. The use of different internal systems are required daily. You must also be confident in the ability to multi-task, be able to demonstrate a high level of time management skills, with a proven ability to work well under pressure.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
