Customer Service Advisor x 2
- Permanent Position
- 17.5 hours per week
- Vacancy 1: Monday 10.30am – 2.00pm, Tuesday 9am – 5pm and Wednesday 9am – 5pm
- Vacancy 2: Wednesday 10am – 2pm, Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 4:30pm
- The salary for these posts is £19,447 to £24,309 per annum (pro rata). Maximum entry point is £21,392 per annum (pro rata) dependent on qualifications and experience.

Cairn Housing Association requires Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the organisation. The role involves ensuring customer focused and efficient responses are provided from our contact centre.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing excellent front-line customer services within a contact centre environment.
