£9,568 - £11,960 per annum. Maximum entry point is £10,525 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience
17.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 12.30 pm to 4.00 pm
Maternity Cover – initially to January 2018 with possibility of extension.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service Department. The role will involve ensuring customer focused and efficient responses are provided from our contact centre.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing excellent front-line customer services within a contact centre environment.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
It is intended that interviews will take place on Monday 1st May 2017 in Edinburgh.
