Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
Reporting to the Development Manager, the Development Officer is responsible for managing Affordable Housing development and major refurbishment projects from site start to project completion, ensuring that properties are developed in compliance with Scottish Government Grant conditions and the Association’s required standards. Responsible for assisting in the development of project briefs and specifications.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle and you need to be Computer literate – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
