Electrician/Qualified Supervisor – Homeworks

We are looking for an experienced individual to cover an exciting role within our Homeworks Team.

Location:                  Inverness

Salary scale:            £32,646 to £40,807 per annum (Max entry point £35,910 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience)  

Hours of Work:       40 hours per week

Duration:                  Permanent

To deliver a repairs and maintenance service to customers by working effectively through own initiative and as part of a team. To effectively diagnose faults relating to electrical installations and circuits, as well as carrying out small installations and condition reports. As Cairn HA are an NIC EIC approved Installer Electrical Qualified Supervisor responsibilities will apply.

You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
