Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

We are looking for two experienced individuals to fill exciting roles within our Customer Service department.

Gardener

• Permanent
• 8.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday (hours to be confirmed)

• The rate of pay is £8.25 per hour

• Based in Scotsburn Court, Tain

The successful applicant will be required to undertake essential tasks within the Court to ensure standards of the communal gardens are maintained and to ensure confidentiality of the Court and its tenants.

Handyperson

• Permanent
• 8.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday (hours to be confirmed)

• The rate of pay is £8.25 per hour

• Based in Scotsburn Court, Tain

The successful applicant will be required to undertake essential tasks within the Court to ensure standards of maintenance and safety within the communal areas are maintained and to ensure confidentiality of the Court and its tenants.

You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
