We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our HomeWorks Team.
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
- Fixed term contract until 31/03/2017
- 40 hours per week
- The salary for this post is £24,478 to £30,597 per annum. Maximum entry point is £26,925 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
- This role also attracts a market adjustment allowance of £2876 per annum. This will be reviewed annually and may fluctuate in line with market rates.
- Based in Inverness
Cairn Housing Association requires an Electrician to deliver a repairs and maintenance service to customers by working effectively through own initiative and as part of a team. Successful candidate must be able to effectively diagnose faults relating to electrical installations and circuits, as well as carrying out small installations and condition reports.
The successful applicant will have recognised electrician qualifications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships is essential.
