We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Homeworks Team.

Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

Cairn Housing Association requires a Painter and Decorator to deliver an effective property maintenance service to our customers by working individually and as part of a team whilst adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include delivering a range of duties connected with the repair and maintenance of Cairn Housing Associations properties to provide effective and efficient service to our customers.

Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you should hold a Full UK Driver’s licence, an NVQ / C&G or modern apprenticeship in Painting & Decorating award and Health and Safety awareness. You will also need to be computer literate – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and internal systems are regularly required.

CSCS accreditation is desirable.
