We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service department.
Cairn Housing Association requires a Repairs Administrator to provide an efficient and effective Customer Care and Administration Support to the Repairs and Maintenance Service.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient and effective Customer Care and Administration Support to the Repairs, Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance Service; the ability to liaise with customers in a helpful and friendly manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, whilst providing excellent customer service when dealing with internal and external customers.
