We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the following exciting role within our organisation.
Cairn Housing Group is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We require a Housing Officer to deliver housing management services to meet our agreed KPI’s, SLA’s and legislative requirements. To provide appropriate support and income maximisation advice to customers and ensure that timely & pro-active enforcement action is taken where rent payment obligations are not met.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle and will be willing and able to travel throughout Scotland. You need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
