Housing Officer (Income Management)

£30,694 to £38,367 per annum. Maximum entry point is £33,763 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
Work pattern:
34.5 hours per week (permanent position)

Cairn Housing Association requires a Housing Officer to assist with the delivery of the Association’s income management function.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering a customer focused service, and will evidence an efficient track record in tenancy arrears management and pro-active intervention and enforcement action.  Knowledge and understanding of relevant housing legislation and the welfare benefits system and regulations is essential. Line management / supervisory experience would also be desirable.

All applicants should have a current driving licence. A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.

It is intended that interviews will take place week commencing 11 July, 2016.
