Cairn Housing Association is a national housing provider with almost 3,500 units in its management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to cover an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Housing Officer (Tenancy Services)
- Maternity Cover – initial 6 months with possibility of extension
- 17.5 hours per week
- The salary for this post is £30,694 to £38,367 per annum (pro rata). Maximum entry point is £33,763 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Based in Inverness
Cairn Housing Association requires a Part Time (Maternity Cover) Housing Officer to assist with the delivery of the Association’s Tenancy Management function. The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team responsible for the management of our properties throughout the North of Scotland, your role will be to provide a quality housing service to tenants and other customers with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include delivering the Association’s tenancy services function including allocations, void management, anti-social behavior, requests for succession, assignment, and mutual exchange. Line management / supervisory experience would also be desirable.
