Housing Officer (Tenancy Services)

Cairn Housing Association requires a Housing Officer to assist with the delivery of the Association’s Tenancy Management function.  The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team responsible for the management of our properties throughout the North of Scotland, your role will be to provide a quality housing service to tenants and other customers with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include delivering the Association’s tenancy services function including allocations, void management, anti-social behavior, requests for succession, assignment, and mutual exchange.  Line management / supervisory experience would also be desirable.

Applicants should have a current driving licence. A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post. 

It is intended that interviews will take place week commencing 4^th July 2016.
