Income Manager (South)
Cairn Housing Group require an Income Manager to manage an excellent Tenancy Management Service to our tenants and customers. The Income Manager will manage, develop and motivate the Income Management team to provide a service suited to current and future organisational needs. The Income Manager will also maximise and protect the organisations income by managing tenancy sustainment rent loss and debt recovery.
The successful applicant should be educated to HND level or other relevant professional qualification and hold substantial experience within a housing role for 3-4 years. Also required to have substantial Line management/supervisory experience.
A full driver’s licence (and access to a car) and Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required for this post
