We are looking for an experienced individual to cover an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Investment Programme Assistant – 12 Months fixed term
- 34.5 hours per week (12 Month fixed term)
- The salary for this post is £15,582 – £19,478 per annum (pro rata). Maximum entry point is £17,141 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Based in our Bellshill Office
Cairn Housing Association requires an assistant for our Investment Programme Manager, to help update and maintain our asset management software system (PIMSS). The post primarily involves the maintenance of PIMSS modules and the gathering of data for areas such as Asbestos, Electrical Safety Certification, Energy Performance and stock condition data, in order to demonstrate compliance with regulations.
You should be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
