Labourer – Homeworks

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Homeworks Team.

Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

Cairn Housing requires a skilled labourer to deliver an effective property maintenance service to our customers by working individually and as part of a team whilst adhering to all regulatory requirements.

It is essential you hold an NVQ/C&G Level 1 in Construction Skills – Multi Crafts or other recognised training. You should also have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. CSCS accreditation and NVQ/C&G Level 2 in Construction Skills would be desirable.

You should also be computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
