We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Property Services Team.
Cairn Housing Group requires a Maintenance Officer to deliver an effective maintenance service for the Caithness area within the North Maintenance Team, to provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls or written communications.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you: it is essential that you are educated to minimum HND level or other relevant professional qualification or have building maintenance management, supervisory experience. Additionally we require you to have Health and Safety awareness, experience of using a Repairs system. You must also have experience in property and asset management systems to ensure the upkeep of stock condition data and you must also hold a Full UK Driver’s licence.
