- 34.5 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed with successful candidate)
- Salary: £27,040 – £33,800 dependent on qualifications and experience, maximum entry point £29,744 per annum.

An experienced Organisational Development Business Partner is required to join the Human Resources department in central Edinburgh. To provide an effective and efficient Organisational Development Service which supports Cairn Housing Association in developing its employees in helping them reach their potential and promoting organisational growth. The OD Business Partner will be responsible for a programme of Organisational Development in accordance with the delivery of the Association’s strategy, vision, values and desired culture.
Appropriate professional qualification in Organisational Development e.g. CIPD or 4 years’ experience
Due to the nature of the role there are a few additional things we require of you, you will need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required, and it would be desirable to hold a full UK driving licence as travel may be required.
