Part-time Housing Officer (Income Management)
We require a permanent Housing Officer (Income Management) to provide appropriate support and income maximisation advice to customers and ensure that that timely & pro-active enforcement action is taken where rent payment obligations are not met.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle and will be willing and able to travel throughout Scotland (and periodically stay away from home) including at short notice. You need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
We currently follow all Covid-19 working practice guidance and as such, you will be required to work from home.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required.
