Working as part of a small team responsible for the management of our properties throughout the North of Scotland, your role will be to provide a quality housing service to tenants and other customers with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include delivering the Association’s tenancy services function including allocations, void management, anti-social behaviour, requests for succession, assignment, and mutual exchange. You may be the line manager for Court Co-ordinators in your courts.
With experience in a range of housing management functions and/or a recognised housing qualification, you will also be a team player. Membership of the CIH is desirable.
A current driving licence, a car available for work and a Disclosure Scotland check are essential requirements this post. Cairn will pay for the disclosure check.
