Salary: £13,655 – £17,069 dependent on qualifications and experience, maximum entry point £15,020 per annum.
Work pattern:
17.5 hours per week (working pattern will be Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. The remaining contracted hours can be negotiated within office hours Monday - Wednesday)
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
The successful applicant will lead on day-to-day supervision of the contact centre ensuring the efficient operation of the contact centre and delivery against agreed service standards and performance indicators. This is a job-share position with another Senior Customer Services Advisor.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few additional things we require of you, you will need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal Customer Relationship Manager systems are regularly required.
