Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
The successful applicant will lead on day-to-day supervision of the contact centre ensuring the efficient operation of the contact centre and delivery against agreed service standards and performance indicators. This is a job-share position with another Senior Customer Services Advisor.
Due to the nature of the role there are a few additional things we require of you, you will need to be Computer literate –use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal Customer Relationship Manager systems are regularly required.
