Senior HR Business Partner
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious HR professional looking for a new challenge.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the post holder of this newly created role will be responsible for the provision of an excellent HR Support and Advisory services in alignment with Cairn’s Vision & Values, current employment legislation and best practice. The post holder will have particular focus on contributing to strategic HR projects and initiatives, providing professional HR advice to managers and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Human Resources administrative team.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record within an HR generalist role, strong people management skills and experience of implementing improvement plans, coupled with experience of working in partnership with managers to deliver innovative HR Solutions that meet business needs. The ability to work under pressure to co-ordinate a varied and complex workload are essential requirements for this role.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate excellent up to date HR knowledge and Employment Law.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post, the cost of which will be met by Cairn.
