Temporary Cleaner – (Adam Grossert Court)
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 4,500 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Cairn Housing Group require a Cleaner (Fixed Term Contract for 12 months) to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the Court, maintaining confidentiality of the Court and its tenants. Duties and responsibilities include Interacting professionally with all tenants, visitors and staff, delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the Court and ensuring any concerns with tenants/visitors are raised promptly with the Court-Coordinator / Housing Officer.
The successful applicant should have experience in a similar role working with people and experience with IT system Literacy. Experience in a customer service role and in Microsoft packages would be desirable.
