We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Service Team.
Working within a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties in the South of Scotland are maintained to the highest possible standard. Your role will be to provide an effective and efficient responsive maintenance service to our tenants. You will evaluate contractors’ performance and maintain repairs costs within budget.
The successful applicant will have experience of housing repairs, maintenance and contract and contractor supervision.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
