Temporary Maintenance Supervisor (North Repairs)  – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary:
The salary for this post is £33,614 to £42,018 per annum.   Maximum entry point is £36,976 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.  (We are currently conducting a salary review therefore, this may be subject to change)
Work pattern:
34.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Property Services Team.

We require a Maintenance Supervisor  to deliver an effective repairs service within the North Maintenance Team, to provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls or written communications.  The successful post-holder will also take a key role in developing and implementing revised processes and procedures within the team to improve efficiency and value for money.   The Maintenance Supervisor (North Repairs) will provide line management of the Repairs Administrators to ensure smooth delivery of the responsive repairs services in the North.

It is essential that you are educated to Educated to HND level or other relevant professional qualification.  A NVQ / C&G Level 1 in Construction Skills – Multi Crafts or other recognised apprenticeship / training is desirable.  Please refer to the Person Specification section of the Job Description.

Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need a Full UK Driver’s licence (with use of own vehicle), experience using a Repairs system and property and asset management systems and you will need to be computer literate in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
