My Cairn is a secure online account that makes it easier for you to manage your tenancy at a time that suits you.
What you can do on My Cairn
- Check your rent and service charge balance in real time
- See current and historical rent information
- Report repairs at any time of day and track progress
- Log and check the status of complaints
- View letters and updates from Cairn
- Update your personal details
- Complete surveys to give us feedback on our services
Why we’ve introduced it
Our previous portal didn’t do what tenants needed it to do.
My Cairn is built on new software and gives you quicker access to information, more control over your account, and up-to-date balances straight after payments are made.
How to register
You can register online by visiting cairn.myhome-portal.com and using your account number. We have written to all tenants with your account number so keep an eye out on this arriving. If you haven’t received your letter then be patient, it is on the way.
- Go to the portal and click Register.
- Enter your details using your account number (found on your letter). Joint tenants use the same number.
- Make sure the email address you use matches the one we have on file for you. Contact us if you’re unsure.
- Click the orange Register button. You’ll see a confirmation message.
- Check your email and click the link within 48 hours to complete your registration and set your password. Your password must be at least 12 characters long. If you can’t find the email then check your spam or junk folders.
If you need help setting up your account, our staff can support you to do this. As we may experience higher contact volumes following the launch, email is the quickest way to reach us. Email us at enquiries@cairnha.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Using My Cairn is optional. If you prefer to contact us in other ways, our services remain available as normal.
