We are launching two new tenant groups on 1 April, giving customers more opportunities to get involved and help shape services.
Tenants can now join either the Tenant Voice Board or the Customer Insights Panel, depending on how they would like to contribute.
These new groups are part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening tenant engagement and ensuring customer voices are at the heart of decision-making.
Tenant Voice Board
The Tenant Voice Board offers tenants the opportunity to influence decisions at a strategic level and represent the views of their communities.
The group meets online once a month for around two hours. Members will:
- Share ideas and concerns from their communities
- Help shape the future direction of Cairn
- Work closely with staff and other tenants
- Receive training and ongoing support
- Develop skills in leadership, teamwork and decision-making
The group is managed by Callum Wynd. You can find the person specification here: Tenant Voice Board – Person Spec
Customer Insights Panel
The Customer Insights Panel focuses on improving services through detailed, project-based work.
Members will:
- Take part in focused scrutiny projects on specific topics
- Explore how services are delivered in practice
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Work mainly online, with some in-person meetings or site visits
- Commit a few days per month during active projects
The group is managed by Grace Tait. You can find the person specification here: Customer Insights Panel – Job Spec
Get involved
Tenants interested in joining either group can get in touch by:
- Emailing enquiries@cairnha.com
- Calling Cairn directly
- Using the My Cairn portal
Please state which group you are interested in when making contact.
Further details are available in the job specifications above, which outline what’s involved in each opportunity.
These groups are a great way for tenants to have their say, build new skills and play a key role in improving Cairn’s services.
