We’re writing to let you know this is genuine and to ask you to please click the link in the email when it arrives. It only takes a moment.

What does this mean for you?
- Your Direct Debit amount will not change
- Your payment date will stay the same
- You don’t need to set anything up again
- It will allow you to receive paperless notifications about your Direct Debit

Using Direct Debit and paperless communications helps us save money and staff time. This means we can reinvest more into the services we provide to tenants and customers.
Who needs to do this?
Anyone who pays Cairn or PCE Ltd by Direct Debit, including payments for:
- Rent
- Factoring
- Garages
- Recharges
