£27,310 - £34,138 Maximum entry point £30,041 dependent on qualifications and experience
Work pattern:
34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, the post holder will focus on customer service, process improvement, systems utilisation, effective reporting and the delivery of a responsive and proactive support service.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is also required for this post.
