Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with almost 3,500 units in its management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to cover an exciting role within our North Customer Services Team.
As CHR Development Consultant you will be responsible for completion of a review of the Highland Housing Register in line with recommendations coming from the Housing (Scotland) 2014 Act. The post holder will implement any changes coming from this review and provide training and support to HHR partners in implementing and delivering an improved service to applicants.
You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
