Court Co-ordinator and Cleaner – Douglas Haig Court
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill two exciting role within our organisation.
• This opportunity would be ideal for one candidate to fill two role within our Douglas Haig Court. The combined roles will be 14 hours per week, 7 hours per day. Two separate contracts and salaries.
• Cleaner role is 6 hours per week: 3 hours per day (Thursday and Friday) with a salary of £2,733 per annum.
• Court Co-ordinator role is 8 hours per week: 4 hours per day (Thursday and Friday) with a salary of £4,414 to £5,518 for part time. Maximum entry point is £4,856 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Based at Douglas Haig Court, Hawick
The successful applicant will be required to undertake essential tasks within the Court to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained and to ensure confidentiality of the Court and its tenants.
As Court Co-ordinator you will manage the day-to-day administration of the development including testing appliances, promoting & managing vacant properties and providing a high standard of service to our residents and customers.
You should also to be Computer literate – the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems are regularly required.
